These Terms of Service (“Terms“) govern your use of Pollomono, a mixed reality game developed and published by Boanerges XR Private Limited (“BOA XR,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or playing Pollomono, you agree to these Terms.
01 Eligibility
Pollomono is available to users of all ages. If you are under the age of 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian before using the game.
02 License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use Pollomono for personal, non-commercial use on Meta Quest devices you own or control. This licence does not grant you ownership of the game or its content.
03 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the game.
- Modify or create derivative works based on the game.
- Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicence the game.
- Use the game for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or design errors to gain an unfair advantage on the leaderboard.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the game.
- Submit offensive, vulgar, or misleading profile names to the leaderboard.
04 Leaderboard
Pollomono features a global online leaderboard. By participating, you agree that your chosen profile name and score will be publicly visible to other players. We reserve the right to remove leaderboard entries that violate these Terms or contain offensive content, without prior notice.
05 Purchases and Refunds
Pollomono is a paid game purchased through the Meta Horizon Store. All purchases are subject to Meta’s refund policies. We do not process payments directly. Future content updates included with your purchase will be delivered as free updates.
06 Intellectual Property
All content in Pollomono, including but not limited to characters, creature designs (Pashuts, Eshys, Kols, Paruas, Ekdahs, Makkahs, Ozzy), artwork, music, sound effects, game mechanics, and the Pollomono name and logo, is owned by Boanerges XR Private Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights reserved.
07 Updates and Availability
We may release updates, patches, or additional content for Pollomono at our discretion. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the game or any feature (including the leaderboard) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the game.
08 Disclaimer of Warranties
Pollomono is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the game at your own risk.
09 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BOA XR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Pollomono, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the game.
10 Safety
Pollomono is a mixed reality game that uses your physical space. Always ensure you have adequate room to move safely. Be aware of furniture, walls, other people, and pets in your play area. We are not responsible for any injuries or property damage that may occur during gameplay. Follow all safety guidelines provided by Meta for your Quest headset.
11 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
12 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of Pollomono after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
